Down 7 lbs!

OK I started cleansing Monday and I am down 7 lbs. I am sitting here waiting anxiously for my body bugg to arrive. The ups tracking said it will be here today! Can't wait to use it!!! I will keep you posted.

87 Days

Ok 87 days left to my high school reunion not to mention summer is around the corner. I am motivated to get to my “high school” weight. I have been using a nutritional cleansing program and have had great success with it but after Christmas, New Years, a trip to Cancun and a long winter I have found myself looking in the mirror and not liking what I see. It is time for me to get my head in the game. I am one of those people that will lose the weight if there is a goal but this time I want the lifestyle change. I have 37 pounds to lose I stepped up and purchased a Body Bugg to keep me on task. Y girlfriend said she was able to lose 20 pounds while monitoring her weight with this little gizmo. It will be here in a few days and I will keep you posted.
